[Beijing, China, July 30, 2022] Under the guidance of the Climate Change Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the New Energy and Renewable Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, jointly sponsored by the Energy Investment Committee of the China Investment Association and the People's Government of Changping District, the future Science City Management Committee, Changping District Investment Promotion Service Center, National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD), Neil Bush Global Consultants Co., Ltd. co-organized the "2022 Carbon Neutral Zero Carbon China Summit and the 5th China Energy Investment "International Forum" was successfully held in Changping Future Science City, Beijing.

At the meeting, Huawei Digital Energy, China Resources, and Yellow River Hydropower jointly recommended two cases, "Energy Management Cloud-Photovoltaic Storage Integration Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City Zero-Carbon Venue Project" and "Qinghai Gonghe 2.2 GW Photovoltaic Project", both of which were successfully selected for Chinese investment. "Energy Management Cloud Optical Storage Integration" Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Zero Carbon Stadium Project"

In Shenzhen International Low-carbon City, Huawei Digital Energy helped customers build the first near-zero energy consumption pavilion building in China through the green and low-carbon solution of "energy management cloud + optical storage integration". The comprehensive energy saving rate of the three buildings in the convention and exhibition center was more than 70%, and the energy saving rate of the body was more than 20%. It is expected to produce about 1.27 million KWH of green electricity per year, reducing carbon emissions by 606 tons, which is equivalent to planting 33,000 trees. Huawei Digital Energy uses digital technology to achieve energy "open source and reduce expenditure", that is, to build smart photovoltaic power generation system, energy storage system to increase green power production capacity, from ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and other aspects to reduce building energy; Relying on the energy management cloud that integrates life-cycle data, it gathers energy flow and information flow, and realizes the integration and collaboration of "source-network-charge-storage", and the comprehensive energy saving rate can reach up to 15%.


"Qinghai Gonghe 2.2 GW Photovoltaic Project"

In Gonghe County, Qinghai Province, Huawei Digital Energy helped the State Power Investment Group Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. build a world-class wind-water renewable energy base, among which the 2.2GW photovoltaic park project can produce nearly 5 billion degrees of clean power every year, covering a total area of 56 square kilometers, with more than 7 million photovoltaic modules.

All the projects adopt intelligent cluster series inverters, and Huawei provides a full set of smart PV solutions for 1.6GW projects. Through a series of intelligent and digital means to accurately manage each string of components, the power generation of the power station is increased by more than 2%, the operation and maintenance efficiency is increased by more than 50%, and the cost of kilowatt-hour is reduced. At the same time, the construction of photovoltaic power station has greatly improved the local ecological environment, realizing the on-board power generation, off-board sheep grazing, economic and ecological development at the same time, turning the desert into an oasis.

《“能源管理云+光储融合” 深圳国际低碳城零碳场馆项目》

在深圳国际低碳城,华为数字能源通过“能源管理云+光储融合”绿色低碳解决方案助力客户打造了国内首个近零能耗场馆类建筑,其会展中心三栋建筑的综合节能率>70%、本体节能率>20%;每年预计可生产约127万度绿电,减少碳排放606吨,相当于等效植树3.3万棵。

华为数字能源采用数字化技术实现能源的“开源节流”,即构建智能光伏发电系统、储能系统等来增加绿电产能,从通风、空调、照明等方面减少建筑用能;依托融合全生命周期数据的能源管理云,汇聚能量流和信息流、实现“源-网-荷-储”一体化协同,综合节能率最高可达15%。


《青海共和2.2 GW光伏项目》

在青海共和县,华为数字能源助力国家电投集团黄河上游水电开发有限责任公司建设了世界级的风光水可再生能源基地,其中2.2GW光伏园区项目每年可生产近50亿度清洁电力,项目总占地面积达56平方公里,共700多万块光伏组件。

该项目全部采用智能组串式逆变器,华为为其中1.6GW项目提供了全套智能光伏解决方案。通过一系列智能化和数字化手段,精准管理每一串组件,让电站发电量提升超过2%,运维效率提升50%以上,实现了更低的度电成本。同时,光伏电站的建设极大地改善了当地的生态环境,实现了板上发电、板下牧羊,经济与生态发展并重并举,让荒漠变绿洲。
