On January 13, at Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingli China") Lixian Smart Photovoltaic Industrial Park Project Phase I and Phase II Launching Ceremony, Yin Xulong, Chairman of Yingli China, released the company's "Carbon Neutrality". "Action Plan White Paper", announcing its carbon neutrality goals and action plan, "As a new energy photovoltaic enterprise, Yingli China will firmly seize the historic opportunity brought by the energy revolution, adhere to green and low-carbon development, improve energy supply capacity and efficiency, promote the construction of the carbon market, strengthen the management of carbon resources, and strive to achieve carbon peaking in 2023 and achieve carbon neutrality in its own operations in 2030.”


The White Paper summarizes the achievements and cases of Yingli China in the "dual carbon" practice, and focuses on the action path and specific measures to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. Yingli China will further increase research and development efforts to enhance the level of technological innovation; Deepen energy saving and consumption reduction, create a green business model; Digital technologies empower and reduce carbon emissions; Development of module recycling to achieve full life cycle green PV; Building a green supply chain, industrial chain linkage cooperation and win-win. On the application side, it will continue to implement the county-wide promotion, drive the green transformation of the power industry with photovoltaic power stations, and polish the brand of China Power Valley. And relying on the only national technical standard innovation base in the field of photovoltaic industry to build a "double carbon" standardized ecological circle to support the realization of the "double carbon" goal.


On the same day, Yingli China's Lixian Park 5.2GW intelligent manufacturing phase one was announced to be put into operation. At the same time, the first domestic demonstration line for the production of complete equipment for recycling and processing crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules by physical method was put into use, filling the technical gap of recycling and processing equipment in my country. Previously, its new production capacity in Tianjin and Hengshui Park has been put into use one after another. By August 2022, Yingli China's new capacity will reach 10GW for batteries and 15GW for modules.

1月13日,在英利能源(中国)有限公司(以下简称“英利中国”)蠡县智慧光伏产业园区项目一期投产暨二期启动仪式上,英利中国董事长尹绪龙发布企业《“碳中和”行动方案白皮书》,公布其碳中和目标及行动纲领,“作为新能源光伏企业,英利中国将紧紧抓住能源变革带来的历史性机遇,坚持绿色低碳发展,提升能源供给能力和效率,推进碳市场建设,加强碳资源管理,力争在2023年实现碳达峰,2030年实现自身运营碳中和”。


《白皮书》总结了英利中国在“双碳”实践方面取得的成绩和案例,并着重提出实现碳中和目标的行动路径和具体举措。英利中国将进一步加大研发力度,提升技术创新水平;深化节能降耗,创建绿色经营模式;数字化技术赋能,降低碳排放;发展组件回收,实现全生命周期绿色光伏;构建绿色供应链,产业链联动合作共赢。在应用端,将继续落实整县推进,以光伏电站驱动电力行业绿色转型,擦亮中国电谷品牌;并依托我国光伏领域唯一的国家级技术标准创新基地构建“双碳”标准化生态圈,支撑“双碳”目标实现。


当天英利中国蠡县园区5.2GW智能制造一期宣布投产。同时,国内首条物理法晶硅光伏组件回收处理成套装备生产示范线投入使用,填补了我国组件回收处理设备技术空白。此前,其天津、衡水园区新产能已陆续投入使用。到2022年8月,英利中国新产能将达到电池10GW,组件15GW。
