2018年初,顺丰速运在全国多个城市针对末端配送的纯电动物流车进行替换,主要是采用纯电动微型面包车。此前有数据显示,顺丰于2018年底投放的纯电动物流车将近10000辆,主要用于替换全国30多个城市支线运输的燃油货车。

基础设施配套不足成为发展痛点

各大电商物流、快递企业等都在践行新能源物流汽车计划。新能源物流车相比于传统物流车来说,新能源物流车在节能减排、运营成本方面更具优势,尤其是城市物流配送领域,小体积、零排放的新能源物流车更能满足小批量、多批次运输的实际需求。行业内有一组数据显示:按照每辆车每天行驶150公里、电价1元/度、油价6.25元/升来计算,燃油车替换为纯电动物流车后,一辆车每天可节省33元,一年可至少节省万元。在节能减排方面,年二氧化碳减排量可达到7000千克。可见,物流车新能源化已是大势所趋。

不过,反过来,在新能源物流车的大力推广中也存在着一些难点和痛点。其中最关键的一点就是基础设施配套不足,充电桩数量少、充电时间长、充电桩建设布局与物流车需求不匹配等。

有一个简单概念:车桩比,即电动车与充电桩之比。国家能源局在《电动汽车充电基础设施建设规划》草案中提出,到2020年,国内充换电站数量将达到1.2万个,充电桩达到450万个;电动汽车与充电设施的比例接近标配的1:1。

也就是说,理想状态下每一台电动车,都相应的有一个充电桩配套。但目前来看,这一数字还比较遥远。根据公安部通报,2018年全国新能源汽车保有量为261万辆,其中,纯电动汽车保有量211万辆。

而来自中国电动充电基础设施促进联盟发布最新电动汽车充电基础设施运行情况显示,截至2019年4月,全国公共充电桩和私人充电桩保有量累计95.3万台。而这一数字,也是在经历了15、16年的超高速增长后,近三年保持了50%左右的增长率的结果。

如果算上今年前五个月电动车销量,那么粗略计算可知,目前车桩比远远没有达到1:1 的理想状态。
