The three countries will carry out specific cooperation on promoting hydrogen energy industrial chain cooperation, promoting the demonstration of hydrogen energy transportation application in the Winter Olympics, and promoting clean energy utilization and hydrogen transportation application in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The three parties will work together to take advantage of the renewable green power advantage of the national Power Investment to solve the sustainability of green hydrogen energy, jointly serve the 2022 Winter Olympics, promote the construction of hydrogen energy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and significantly improve the technology level of fuel cell independence.

Shi Jialin especially emphasized that SPIC has been committed to clean development and green development for many years, and has taken this as a strategy, striving to build a world-class clean energy group. The Group's wind power base in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, has been approved for the first phase of the 6 million kilowatt demonstration project, which will provide clean electricity to the Beijing area. 根据协议,三方计划基于氢能产业链深化合作目标,尽快就合作模式和氢能产业推广应用等进行充分研究和论证,打通产业链上下游,并于2019年完成燃料电池电堆样机研发、燃料电池系统集成到样车匹配,于2022年前完成1000辆燃料电池公交车生产,并推动完成相应加氢站建设。

上述三方合作,意味着从上游氢能的制储运、下游加氢站基础设施建设,到终端市场燃料电池汽车研发及商业化运营,实现优势互补、互利共赢,必将促进京津冀地区氢能产业链成熟、市场化规模扩大,为2022年冬奥会举办奠定绿色交通基础,进一步推动全国氢能与燃料电池汽车产业发展。
