According to the agreement, Gotion Hi-Tech's Singapore Company and Nuovo Plus Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of PTT Group of Thailand, have reached strategic cooperation to establish a joint venture in the Eastern Economic Corridor of Thailand to establish Thailand's New Gotion Energy Solutions Co., Ltd. The business of the joint venture includes the design, development, verification and manufacture of battery modules and battery packs, as well as battery management systems, which are suitable for all kinds of vehicle and energy storage systems.
