Recently, Peng Mei News and the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (IPE) jointly released the environmental performance list of listed companies in the non-metallic mineral products industry. The evaluation scope includes 109 listed companies, involving 7845 affiliated enterprises. The evaluation is based on 3295 environmental supervision records, mainly atmospheric environmental violations, accounting for 52%. From the building ceramic flue gas one-stop purification technology and equipment 1.0, it has been continuously upgraded to the ultra-low emission 5.0 upgrade version, which integrates the coordinated treatment of multiple pollutants and the flue gas one-stop purification technology, and has taken many measures to achieve the ultra-low emission of ceramic flue gas. In November 2021, Monalisa signed a contract with Infineon to launch the first overall solution for hydrogen forklift applications in China, opening up the commercial application of hydrogen power systems in the field of material handling. 2021年蒙娜丽莎特高板数智化示范车间建成并投产，引起了业内外普遍关注。国产岩板双层窑炉、七层干燥器，搭配意大利进口连续成型压机及在线动态储坯系统和施釉线功能设备……该生产车间集合了当下国内外技术先进、自动化程度高、清洁节能的生产设备。一尘不染的生产环境中，丝毫没有传统陶瓷企业的噪音和粉尘，只见AGV机器人自动运作，工作人员在智能制造数字中心远程监控即可掌控整个生产流程。它是蒙娜丽莎几十年来探索陶瓷板材薄型化、陶瓷生产绿色化的心血结晶，是蒙娜丽莎作为上市企业，以数字化、智能化以及绿色化相结合为陶瓷行业打造可持续发展的绿色范本。

如今，蒙娜丽莎多个生产基地已经是国家级绿色工厂，也是广东省首批减污降碳突出贡献企业，连续6年获得佛山市（南海区）环保诚信企业。

与此同时，加紧制定企业绿色低碳转型战略，在生产制造环节引进数字化智能化技术，使用更科学的方法进行节能减排，致力于以最低的资源消耗换取更高的生产价值。2021年蒙娜丽莎特高板数智化示范车间的建成投产就是蒙娜丽莎绿色低碳转型战略的重要举措。与此同时，蒙娜丽莎引入智慧环保云平台解决方案，全方位部署云计算数据中心，解决环保信息化难题，建成环保云中心。该中心汇聚重点污染源自动监控实时的数据，将生产制造与环保治理系统进行整合，从而以更精细和动态的方式，实现环境管理与决策的智慧化。在环保云中心不仅可以随时掌握每一个重点污染源的基础信息、生产工艺、污染治理设施、排污状况，还能看到全景实时视频以及实现自动预警，从而能够对污染源实行全周期管理。目前，该模式已经在蒙娜丽莎西樵总部生产基地成功应用，并且推广至江西高安生产基地延用，推出环保云中心2.0版本。

除此之外，最后一个关键词“增新”是蒙娜丽莎正在布局的事。2021年11月，蒙娜丽莎与英飞腾签约，启动国内首个氢能叉车应用整体解决方案，开启氢动力系统在物料搬运领域的商业化应用。接下来，蒙娜丽莎也将逐步启动屋顶光伏发电、生物燃料取代水煤浆喷雾塔制粉、机械干法制粉取代热风炉湿法制粉、氢混天然气辊道窑高温烧成等途径，优化能源消费结构，降低能源消耗。
