Project Impact & Sustainability
1. Mechanism
Innovation: It adopts the "spatial function synergy + host
empowerment" model. Through the community host cultivation program, 15
hosts are systematically empowered to independently operate spaces and plan
activities, realizing high-frequency reuse and long-term activation of spaces.
Leveraging the geographical advantage of Xitaihu Lake, it links community
low-carbon practices with wetland protection, and disseminates wetland
ecological value through nature education and biological observation
activities. This provides a new path for the coordinated development of
"green spaces - wetland protection", echoing the requirements for
behavioral optimization and ecological synergy in the "Beautiful China ·
Green Space User Action".
2. High
Replicability: Based on the renovation of idle spaces, it prioritizes the use
of existing resources and waste materials, resulting in controllable costs. The
host empowerment mechanism and the "space operation + public welfare
activities" model are suitable for various urban and rural communities.
Wetland-related practices can be replicated in surrounding areas.

Sustainability: Independent operation by hosts reduces dependency, and the
"government-enterprise-community" linkage ensures resource supply.
The follow-up plan includes renovating 2 additional spaces, upgrading the host
training system, launching public welfare projects for wetland ecological
monitoring, and issuing the Green Space Operation Manual to contribute to
regional green development.
